Our apartment house is in a quiet location away from the street, yet centrally located.

You will find a grocery store nearby for convenient shopping. The bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

For ski enthusiasts, the popular ski areas of Sölden, Obergurgl-Hochgurgl and Ötz are only 15-25 minutes away.

There you can enjoy your descents on perfectly groomed slopes. But there is also a lot of winter fun off the slopes - go on an exciting toboggan tour or explore the snowy landscape while snowshoeing - immerse yourself in the peace and beauty of nature. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will also get their money's worth with us, because you can access the cross-country ski trail right outside our front door and experience the impressive winter landscape.

Only 4 km away from us you will find the Aqua Dome, the Tirol Therme Längenfeld. There you can find pure relaxation both in winter and in summer.
